Meet Our Team of
True Pet Lovers

Robert is a NYC native from the Upper East Side and takes care of our pups in Pawsitive Pet Hotel & Spa in Astroria, Queens.

He grew up with hamsters, fish and cats. In his free time, he loves to read, explore and do photography. He set up Help a Homeless Dog which is a charity that collects food, sleeping bags and medication for dogs living on the streets, distributes these vital items himself or via a homeless shelter.

ORGANISED TOURS

Tours of the facility are welcomed & highly advised if you plan on boarding your pet with us. We love showing off our fabulous resort and answering any queries you may have.

TOUR TIMING

For the safety & comfort of our guests, tour timings are strictly between 9am and 2pm, Saturday to Thursday.
